3. Product Specifications & Availability

We maintain rigorous quality standards across all production runs. Technical specifications, carton counts, and packaging formats are subject to continuous manufacturing optimization and may be updated without prior individual notification.

4. Wholesale Orders & Contract Supply

All commercial quotations, container bookings, and supply contracts are subject to written acceptance, production scheduling, and inventory allocation by our Sydney corporate office.

5. Logistics, Freight & Delivery

Production turnaround times and shipping ETAs are governed by international maritime schedules and agreed Incoterms (e.g. FOB, CIF, EXW). Sydney B & G Group Pty Ltd is not liable for transit disruptions arising from customs inspections, port congestion, or force majeure events.

6. Returns, Claims & Quality Inspection

Given the sanitary nature of personal care, consumer hygiene, and food contact products, claims are strictly limited to verifiable transit damage or manufacturing deviations. Written notification and photographic evidence must be lodged within 7 days of consignment arrival.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our commercial liability is expressly restricted to the replacement of verified defective merchandise or the issuance of a commercial credit note. In no event shall we be liable for consequential, incidental, or third-party commercial damages.

8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
